My name is Christina Vasquez. I was born in San Benito, TX; however, raised all my life in Harlingen, TX. I have three beautiful and amazing children. I am a former local business owner and have been with Journey Preschool for six years. My roles at Journey have consisted of a Classroom Teacher, Programs Coordinator, Assistant Director (in which during that time acquired my Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Child-Care Licensing Division Certification), and am now honored to have the position of Director. 

I have a strong belief in Jesus Christ and carrying out our preschool philosophy. Ensuring JPS exposes children to a Christian environment and teachings in a nurturing setting is important to me as a Director. My chosen prayer would be that I may be led by His wisdom, knowledge, and will. I am always eagerly looking forward to all the amazing things God has in store for our preschool.
